Can you integrate the system with our restaurant's existing website?
OrderStack can be added to your website easily through a web plugin. From there, customers can access your branded digital menu and place orders as easily as a click-click-go.
Do you provide websites?
Absolutely! To let you hit the ground running, we provide beautiful sales-optimized website along with the ordering system to all our customers on request.
Can I edit my menu by myself?
Yes, in the beginning, our onboarding team will add the menu to the system, and later on, you will be able to edit it.
How long does it take for the system to start taking orders?
It takes about 24 hours to set up the system. Once it is complete, you can start taking orders right away.
Will I get customer information for the orders I receive through OrderStack?
You are the owner of all the information associated with orders placed on your website. The details, insights and analytics about the orders are available in the OrderStack app and admin dashboard.
