Software Engineer – Backend (.NET)

•  Remote•  5-6 Years•  Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled mid-level Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs. You will work primarily with C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, and Microsoft Azure to deliver secure, high-performance, cloud-native applications. This role involves end-to-end ownership of backend components—from design and development through testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support, while collaborating closely with product, architecture, QA, DevOps, and business teams in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
Build secure, high-performance, cloud-native application components that meet business and technical requirements.
Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth2, ASP.NET Identity, and secure configuration practices.
Work with SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including schema design, stored procedures, indexing, query optimization, and data access using Entity Framework Core or Dapper.
Develop and support Azure-based solutions using Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, Azure App Configuration, and Application Insights.
Apply OOP principles, SOLID design principles, dependency injection, middleware patterns, asynchronous programming, and appropriate design patterns to create maintainable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, architecture, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders, to deliver reliable software.

Senior CloudOps Engineer

•  Hybrid•  6-7 Years•  Full-time

Job Summary

We are establishing a new Cloud Operations (CloudOps) function to bring strong operational ownership, governance discipline, and cost accountability to a complex Azure estate. As a founding member of this team, you will help define industry-aligned standards and operating models where gaps currently exist. Key Responsibilities

Own Azure operational reliability, uptime, and platform readiness.
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident remediation.
Design and enforce Azure governance guardrails, including Azure Policy, RBAC, PIM, naming conventions, and tagging standards.
Own FinOps execution, including rightsizing, reservations, savings plans, and cloud spend accountability.
Operate and scale AKS with a focus on scaling discipline, node economics, and clear platform responsibility boundaries.
