Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Process Excellence professional to lead structured, end-to-end improvement work that connects operational performance with technology and product outcomes. The role owns problem definition, measurable delivery, governance, and the translation of process insights into automation, digitization, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions-primarily across Finance and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-lifecycle Lean Six Sigma initiatives using DMAIC/DMADV: define the problem, build the charter, establish baselines, complete analysis, implement improvements, and lock in gains through control plans.

Drive data-led root cause analysis using statistical methods and structured problem-solving to isolate the true drivers of performance—not symptoms.

Convert process insights into technology and product opportunities (automation, workflow digitization, analytics, AI enablement) in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

Connect process metrics to business outcomes such as cost-to-serve, SLAs, error rates, rework, throughput, and productivity.

Stand up and run governance: tollgates, stakeholder reviews, benefits tracking, control plans, and adoption mechanisms.

Mentor Green Belts and process analysts, and help build a lasting culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
