Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to define and lead the technical architecture of our ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will design robust, scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and related modules; establish governance and standards; drive platform maturity; and mentor the delivery team while partnering with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture, technical roadmap, and vision.

Design end-to-end solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent, and Employee Experience.

Review and approve technical designs, enhancements, integrations, and customizations.

Architect enterprise integrations with Azure AD, Workday, SailPoint, Databricks, Azure DevOps, monitoring tools, and cloud platforms.

Define and enforce API, middleware, and data exchange standards.

Establish development standards, release governance, and platform operating procedures.

Lead ServiceNow platform upgrades and lifecycle management.

Provide architectural guidance to developers, administrators, and analysts.

Mentor team members and drive continuous platform improvement and organizational maturity.
